The wines showed everything we look for in great Burgundy Chardonnay — elegance, purity, depth, and an irresistible energy. Quite simply, they were the best of the day. Nadine Ferrand has been shaping this family domaine since 1984, bringing courage, vision, and meticulous care to every vine and every bottle. Today, with 11.5 hectares spread across Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly, and Mâcon-Villages, she has established the estate as a true jewel of the Mâconnais. In 2012, her daughter Marine joined her, infusing fresh international perspective while staying true to their philosophy of “vin au féminin” — wines crafted with finesse, balance, and complexity. Exclusively devoted to Chardonnay, the domaine’s vineyards thrive on limestone and clay soils, producing wines that shimmer with freshness and minerality, yet carry the roundness and charm that make Burgundy so captivating. Whether it’s the vibrant Mâcon Blanc, the refined Saint-Véran, or the showstopping Pouilly-Fuissé, every bottle reflects the perfect blend of tradition, innovation, and heartfelt passion. With a limited production of just 70,000 bottles a year with only a few thousands for the 1er Crus, Domaine Nadine Ferrand is a rare find.
