Prestivo Pte. Ltd. is a company registered in Singapore.

We curate and sell wines, extra virgin olive oils, and related accessories such as glassware, wine openers, tote bags, and t-shirts. We also occasionally offer tickets to events we host or organize.

By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to purchase alcohol in Singapore.

We take great care to ensure product information, images, and descriptions are accurate. However, vintages, labels, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.

All products are offered subject to availability. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.

Orders are accepted via our online store.

We accept credit card and PayNow payments.

Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

Prestivo reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) nett.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

We deliver within Singapore only through our own team or trusted courier partners.

Typical delivery time is 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery schedules may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. While we aim to deliver on time, Prestivo will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

We currently do not offer self-pickup.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon by the Prestivo team.

Discounted items, event tickets, and pre-arrival items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and photos, and we'll review the issue. Approval of returns or refunds will be at Prestivo's sole discretion.

By purchasing alcohol from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and will consume responsibly.

Prestivo promotes moderate and mindful drinking. Please enjoy our products safely and in accordance with local laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Prestivo's total liability shall not exceed the total value of your order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
